Ordering and Shipping Policy
Thank you for giving Fashion Scrub Depot the opportunity to serve you. Please read the following Policy to ensure the most enjoyable online shopping experience:
Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days. Occasionally orders will ship sooner – other times it may take a few days longer. In the event that a portion of your purchase is not in our inventory, your entire order will be shipped to you when the back ordered items come in. At times, you may receive a partial order depending on the expected delivery dates of back ordered items. If part of your order is on back order and you DO NOT want to receive a partial deliver – please type “Complete order only” in the comment section upon checkout.
We ship to the U.S. & Canada! (All other countries, please email for more information)
If your order is in stock in our warehouse then we typically ship via USPS priority service (2-3 day ground). Your shipping costs will be calculated automatically based on the delivery zip code that you enter. During our secure checkout, your shipping estimates will be calculated for you. In the event the merchandise is not in stock you may receive your item directly from our manufacturer in which case the shipping will be through Fed Ex or UPS. If you would like to request a different means of shipping please contact us for shipping rates.
Express and overnight shipping available – customer is responsible to pay additional shipping fees for express or overnight shipping.
We reserve the right to refuse any sale starting from the time the order was placed and up to, but not limited to, 21 days from the order date.
Sales can and will be refused if the billing information used for the credit card purchase is incorrect, unauthorized or fraudulent.It is your responsibility to supply a correct shipping address. Our responsibility ends once you have confirmed your address and your order leaves the building. You will be provided with tracking information. Once a package is “delivered”, you (the customer) must contact USPS if you have questions or need to make a claim. The receiving end USPS can NOT release any information to our company (the sender) other than tracking information due to security policies.
7% Sales Tax is charged for orders shipped within Florida.
Any cancellation(s) must be made within 48 hours of order date and time.
Your entire order amount will be refunded ONLY IF the item(s) have not been shipped within that 48 hour period.
If the item(s) have already shipped, you will only receive a refund for the merchandise once it has been returned.
In the event of the above situation, we are unable to refund shipping and handling cost.

We will accept all returns up to 15 days from when the merchandise is shipped out from our warehouse.
All returned items MUST be in NEW condition, unwashed with the garment and manufacturers tags still attached. This means the garments should be folded and properly repacked in original packaging prior to sending them back. We take great pride in the products so we ask that you please take the same care with items that you are returning.
All refunds of orders will be refunded back to the original credit card used to purchase the order. Any returns received after the 15 day period will be eligible for store credit or exchange only.
A credit will be applied to your account as soon as the merchandise is received by Fashion Scrub Depot.
If your original purchase qualified for free shipping but you return a portion of it, then the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
If you return items for the purpose of exchange, you are responsible for the cost of shipping boththe returned pieces and the exchange items back to you.
Shipping charges are never refundable. The only exception to this policy would be in the event an item is received defective.
In the event you wish to request a refund or need to exchange an item, please email us first email@example.com. Returns made without prior authorization will NOT be accepted.
